Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take to the UK?
We ship from Italy with tracked delivery. Delivery to the UK takes 3-5 working days. You will receive a tracking number via email once shipped.
Which colour should I use for my skin goal?
Our tools are made from 100% natural Grade A Rose Quartz. Each stone is unique in colour and pattern - the benefits are the same. Our Glow Oil is clear / light golden and 100% natural.
How long until I see results and how do I use it?
Use 3-4 times per week for 5-10 minutes. For best glide, always use with a facial oil or serum. Many customers feel more sculpted and less puffy after the first week.
Is it comfortable and safe?
Yes. Our tools are hand-polished with smooth edges for comfortable use. Our oil is non-comedogenic and cold-pressed. If you have very sensitive skin, do a patch test first.
Can I use it with my serums and skincare?
Yes, absolutely. Apply your oil or serum first, then use the roller or gua sha to sculpt.
