30-Day Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Contact support@glowandwell.co.uk with your order number. Do not send items without authorization.

Eligibility: To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact.

Hygiene Exception: For health and hygiene reasons, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(e) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, products that have been opened, had their sealed packaging, protective film removed, or have been tried on skin, worn, or used, cannot be returned. This applies to all personal care, beauty, and skin-contact products.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item: Please inspect upon arrival. If defective, damaged or wrong item received, contact us within 14 days with photo/video proof at support@glowandwell.co.uk. We will provide free replacement or full refund at our cost.

Return Costs: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or wrong. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days.
