Our optional Shipping Protection for £2.99 gives you peace of mind.
What is covered:
- Lost parcels (no tracking update for 15 days after shipping)
- Stolen parcels marked as delivered but not received

Damaged parcels during transit
What is NOT covered:
- Wrong address entered by customer
- Parcel refused, returned to sender, or unclaimed
- Customs delays, duties or taxes
- Delays caused by carrier
How to claim:
Contact us at support@glowandwell.co.uk within 15 days of estimated delivery. Please provide order number and photo evidence for damaged parcels.
If your claim is approved and you purchased Shipping Protection, we will reship the same product free of charge. One reshipment per order. Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable.
