Refund and Returns - GLOW and WELL Mask - 7-colour LED Beauty Mask
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for the GLOW and WELL Mask.
Product must be unused, in original packaging with protective film intact. For hygiene reasons, LED masks that have been used or tried on skin cannot be returned.
To start a return, email support@glowandwell.co.uk with order number and reason.
Defective items: we replace free within 14 days, send video/photo as proof.
Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method.
